OUR PROCESS
Six clear steps from your first message to a completed floor. No surprises, no hidden costs, no high-pressure sales.
Day 0
YOU REACH OUT
Call, text, or fill out the quote form. Tell us a bit about the project — material, square footage, timeline, location. We respond within one business day, usually within an hour.
Day 1–7
FREE IN-HOME MEASURE
Matt comes to your home or job site, measures the rooms, looks at the subfloor, talks through material options, and answers every question. No sales pressure. Typically 45–60 minutes.
Day 3–9
FIXED-PRICE WRITTEN QUOTE
Within 48 hours of the measure, you get a detailed written quote on letterhead — material brand and SKU, prep specified, labour breakdown, fixed total. Valid for 30 days.
Day 10–30
MATERIAL ORDER & SCHEDULE
Once you approve the quote and we collect the material deposit (50%), we order materials and lock in your install dates. Typically 2–4 weeks out.
Day 30–35
INSTALLATION
We arrive on the agreed date, prep the subfloor, install the floor, finish trim and transitions, and clean up. Most residential installs are 1–5 days. You're kept informed every step.
Day 35
WALK-THROUGH & PAYMENT
Final walk-through together. Anything not 100% gets fixed before we leave. Final 50% paid on completion. You get a care sheet, warranty info, and a follow-up call at 30 and 90 days.
