Yes — we work directly with GCs, designers, and property managers across the Okanagan. We can quote from drawings and coordinate with other trades.
Can you do flooring in an active restaurant?
Yes. Most restaurant installs happen overnight or over a Sunday/Monday close so the kitchen reopens on schedule. We've done it.
What's the best commercial flooring option?
Depends on the space. High-traffic retail: commercial LVT. Restaurants: commercial-grade porcelain tile or epoxy in kitchens, LVT in dining. Offices: LVT or carpet tile. We'll spec it based on use.
