RUTLAND CONDO — FULL LVP RENOVATION

THE CHALLENGE

Tenant move-out left a 1990s rental condo with three different flooring types (carpet, sheet vinyl, vinyl tile), an uneven concrete subfloor, and a hard deadline before the next tenant moved in.

THE SOLUTION

Full demo and disposal day one, self-levelling compound to bring the slab to spec by end of day, install the rigid-core LVP throughout (including kitchen and bath) day two. New baseboard and transitions same day.

MATERIALS & SPEC

• 12mm SPC rigid-core LVP
• Mapei Planiprep self-levelling compound
• 3-1/4" MDF baseboard
• Schluter transition strips at door thresholds
